True recovery doesn’t end with stability — it continues with growth and opportunity. Once residents have regained their footing, we help them take the next steps toward independence and self-sufficiency.

Through partnerships with local organizations and training programs, we connect residents to employment resources, skill-building workshops, and job placement opportunities. Our goal is to equip every individual with the tools, confidence, and experience they need to thrive in the workforce.

We also provide guidance and referrals to “Next Step” programs — transitional housing, educational support, and long-term mentoring — that help ensure lasting success beyond our shelter.
